Three Investments Your Family with Love

Three Investments Your Family will LoveAnything that is worthwhile is worth spending a little time to cultivate, and family togetherness is one of the most worthwhile things in the world! With just a little effort you can make three simple investments that will provide a lifetime of happy returns for your family.

1. Invest your time

Too many people go through life putting jobs, chores, socializing and more before their family, thinking that there will be time later. But eventually, “later” catches up with them and they realize that life happened, and their family grew up, while they weren’t even paying attention. Stop this destructive cycle now. Make the time to be with your family. Teach everyone to “stop and smell the roses”, to take time every day to enjoy being together. The best way to do this is through example.

2. Family Pet

Nothing brings a family together like caring for, playing with, and loving a little, furry bundle of energy. Caring for a dog helps families bond while also teaching responsibility. Special pitbull puppies can be a great choice to provide devotion, energy, protection and affection all in one loving package. The upfront cost as well as the living cost of keeping an animal can be steep, but no doubt when you look back both you and your family will have fond memories of the pet. On top of the memories, a pet can teach your children responsibility. Make sure you aren’t the only one taking care of the pet. To get the most out of a family pet set up a chore chart for taking care of the pet.

3. Vacation

This doesn’t mean you have to take a cruise or spend a ton of money. Sure, an exotic getaway is fun, but you can also just take a week off of work (or even a long weekend) and plan a staycation or a one tank of gas trip to somewhere interesting. Plan at least three days when you are off work and the kids are out of school and do something fun. Make it a family only time where you spend a day at a zoo and then come home and make pizza together, or simply spend the day outside in the swimming pool with tropical music playing and fun little drinks served in hollowed out coconuts. Make whatever vacation fits your budget, but do it as a family and with some pizzazz and planning.

Remember, life is about building relationships and building memories. And those memories don’t just belong to your children – you are building your own memories too! Invest the time to be with your family, consider a family pet, such as special pitbull puppies that can bring warmth and energy to your house, and make the time for a vacation, even just a fun staycation, where you take time out of the rush of life to sit back and enjoy life together. Those are three investments that will pay off more than anything that you have in your IRA or 401K!
